Fully hallmarked throughout for Ernest Arthur Jacobs, London, 1914. The hip flask has a monogram to the front and stamped registration number to the neck. The hip flask does show some wear commensurate with age (please see photographs) but remains in a good condition overall with a fully functioning twist
